Just wondering if I can delete the Migration app after everything is run and migrated properly or does it need to stay in the application list?

Yes, you will want to finalize the migration and then you can uninstall it.

Is there something to finalizing the migration or just making sure it is finished the way I want it to be...and then uninstall the Migration tool?

If you go to the migration page in the ACP again, there will be a finalization button which deletes all the migration tables and deletes the old Collections tables. If you don't want to do that, you can just uninstall.

I clicked DELETE to delete the migratio n data on the Migration page and this error popped up:
